One carton contains 24 units.
Measure 1 cup of water and pour it into the coffee pot (cezve).
Add 1 dessert spoon (5–6 g) of Turkish coffee per cup.
Add sugar if desired.
Stir the coffee and sugar well over low heat.
When the coffee starts to boil, pour the first foam into the cup and return the pot to the heat.
Let it boil once more.
Pour the remaining coffee into the cup.
Turkish coffee is ready to drink. Enjoy!
